Breakfast with Morris - ColourQ #171

Howdy blogging friends, how is your week going so far?
I can't believe it is 2013 already - I have no idea where 2012 went or
what I did with all that time. My to-do list is still very long!

Today we have a new palette up over at ColourQ with fabulous winter
colors. These are not the colors I normally scrap with and I did struggle with
this layout for a while before getting it done. Here's a look at it
I used Little Yellow Bicycle, Basic Grey and Reminisce papers along with kraft cardstock, a MS punch, Basic Grey ribbon and brad, Prima flowers. The graphic design on the right was made with a Crafters Workshop stencil and my Stampers Big Brush Pen in #274. I also used my sewing machine and Tsukineko inks.
We got this kitty when my daughter was very little, and she was instantly attached to him. I don't know how she got in the habit of letting him sit on the table with her and eat breakfast, but very soon it was a done deal! Every single morning for 16 years this cat sat on the table and kept her company while she ate. Crazy.

Here is this weeks color palette
be sure to join in the fun with us over at ColourQ You have until noon on Sunday
to link up your project. We can't wait to see what you create!

I am linking up over at Use Your Stuff - for their CIRCLE Challenge

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
